Policy of Spa Hotel Ezerets

These rules have been developed on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation.

Spa Hotel Ezerets Gr. Blagoevgrad guarantees its guests confidentiality.

RULES FOR RESERVATIONS,ACCOMMODATION AND STAY IN THE HOTEL:

Reservation requests are made in one of the listed ways:

After we receive and process your request, we will confirm you, if it is possible for your reservation to be made. Upon confirmation of the reservation by the Hotel, a deposit is required 50 % Bank payment, if the reservation is made by phone. Prepayment is required according to the booking conditions; To 5 days after the confirmation received by the hotel, the deposit must be transferred.

Please, note, that if the arrival date is less than 5 working days after confirmation, prepayment must be made within 24 o'clock! If the deposit is not paid in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of early termination of the stay, the amount paid/advance, not recoverable.

In case of interruption or reduction of the stay at the request of the client, amounts are not refundable. You can cancel for free until 5 days before check-in of a reservation with this condition.

If you want us to issue an invoice to a company, please let the company itself pay the amount or additionally contact the Reservations department and ask for a company invoice to be issued to you, after you provide the necessary company details.

The hotel works for you 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week. The release of the rooms is until 12:00h, check-in is after 14:00h. Reservations are kept until 24:00 h. for the day. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to present a personal document - identity card or passport.

The late check-out service after /12:00h./ or early check-in before /12:00h./ is paid BGN 70.00. for accommodation in a Classic room and BGN 90.00. for accommodation in a Deluxe room and is provided to guests only if there are free rooms in the hotel , as the conquest must be no later than 16.30 hours. The rooms are cleaned until 16:00h. If you put up a Do Not Disturb sign and after 16:00h. replace it with “Please, clean up', your room will be cleaned the next day. If you need anything after 16:00 o'clock, please ask the reception number 9. Shift

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:30h – 10:00h. on weekdays and from 8:00h – 10:00h. Saturday and Sunday

Taking food from the breakfast room to the rooms is prohibited. You can order room service on an internal telephone line 509 , charging a fee of 20% of the total amount of the entire account.

Please leave your valuables and documents in the room safe. For things, left unattended in the room or on the hotel grounds is the responsibility of the guest.

PAYMENT FOR USED SERVICES

All services on the territory of the hotel can be used against indicating the number of the room, in which the guest is accommodated. When consumed in a restaurant and / or lobby bar the guest signs the receipt, which contains information about consumption and room number. The services, used in the hotel can be paid or in cash, or by credit card at Reception upon check-out, as each guest receives a detailed printout of all services used. If the guest wishes to extend his stay beyond the departure date already specified, should contact the Reception regarding the possibilities for this.

PARKING

please, have in mind, that parking spaces are subject to availability and are limited and cannot be reserved. The hotel is not responsible for damage to your car in the parking lot.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENSURING ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE HOTEL IT IS PROHIBITED

  1. Smoking is prohibited in all closed premises and rooms of the Hotel. In the event of a violation, will be added to the room bill in the amount of 100 BGN.
  2. The use of electric and gas appliances in the rooms.
  3. The use of candles and other flammable materials.
  4. Handing your room key card to third parties.
  5. The storage of materials and objects in the rooms, dangerous for the health and life of others.
  6. Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.
  7. Violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and actions, threatening the health and property of others.
  8. Damage to hotel property.
  9. Car parking at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as manner, which blocks traffic.
  10. Staying at the hotel with pets up to 4 kg. it is possible only with a prior request and accommodation in a Classic room for an additional payment of BGN 30.00 per night.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms, as well as the importation and consumption of food and beverages, purchased outside the hotel. Please, keep in mind, that all available food and drinks in the mini bar have been paid for. If you want to use the mini bar service there is a price list of each item and it is located in the folders in the rooms, please notify the reception upon departure of your consumption.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY

According to Bulgarian legislation, no alcohol is offered or served to guests under the age of 18.

DRESS CODE

The dress code in all public places on the hotel grounds is informal. Guests are allowed in swimwear only in the hotel's pool and spa area. In keeping with our pleasant atmosphere, as well as for security reasons, please always wear trousers in the common areas of the hotel and restaurant. The hotel reserves the right not to tolerate unacceptable levels of noise or guest behavior. In case of refusal to comply with the requirements, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation, without liability for refund or compensation

BEHAVIOR

We expect all guests to behave in a pleasant and cultured manner. Jumps, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to hotel guests and may be grounds for early vacating rooms and leaving the hotel without the right to a refund. Spa Hotel Ezeretsr has a zero tolerance policy, in cases of arrogant behavior, towards persons in an obviously intoxicated or chaotic state, where he destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, causes or threatens to cause a breach of public order; refuses or is unable to pay for food consumed, drinks or services. The hotel reserves the right to penalize the guest or guests, who intentionally or negligently cause damage to the hotel or the furnishings. If these damages are found, after the guest has left, the hotel reserves the right to contact the tour operator or other authorities for further assistance. No exceptions are made. Please comply with the following general rules:

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children should not be left unattended.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use any of the hotel's elevators, if not accompanied by adults.

Running and running along the corridors of the hotel is absolutely prohibited.

Climbing the fence, chairs and tables is absolutely prohibited.

The hotel reserves the right not to tolerate unacceptable levels of noise or guest behavior.

All guests must comply with the rules, the instructions and verbal recommendations of the staff

FILMING ACTIVITIES

A video surveillance system operates on the territory of the hotel / with the exception of the toilets and hotel rooms . Using the hotel's services, You agree to the video surveillance. From your check-in at the hotel to its release, each guest grants the right to be photographed, videotaped, or recorded, without pay or remuneration.

CARD KEY

Spa Hotel Ezerets provides its guests with the use of key magnetic cards. Each card is individually coded for each room. Guests are guaranteed, that no one, except for authorized officers, cannot enter the room. Each member of staff has an individually designated access area in a hotel, determined in accordance with his responsibilities and obligations. In case of loss of key card ,please contact Reception,to get a spare. please, have in mind,that a lost or damaged card is chargeable.

RULES FOR USING THE SPA CENTER OF HOTEL EZERETS

-In the spa- the center is spoken quietly,no yelling or screaming.
-Do not enter the saunas without a towel and with a wet swimsuit.

-No slippers allowed in the spa.

-Appropriate clothing for swimming, slippers or flip flops are required in the pool area.

-Take a shower before using the pool.

-It is recommended to use the pool as little as possible 2 hours after eating.

-People with open wounds, rashes, nasal discharge, sore eyes or bandages, are not allowed in the pool.

-The consumption of food and glassware is prohibited in the area around and in the pool.

-Chewing is not allowed in the pool, spitting, blowing your nose or urinating.

-DO NOT jump in the pools and the outdoor jacuzzi.

-Unaccompanied children are NOT allowed in and around the pool!

-Visitors will be asked to leave

the pool and the Spa area , for the following reasons:

-Misconduct

-Causes harm to guests of the Spa or causes property damage to the facilities.

In the event of damage to the property, the guest will have to pay for it.

Each guest is entitled to one towel per day for use in the spa area.

Each guest is required to return their towel to the Spa reception.

If a guest wants an additional towel or exchange for a new one within the same day, he must be warned, that it will be charged from BGN 5.00. (It can be paid at the Spa reception or charged per room)

Exchange of a small bathrobe for a larger one at the Spa reception, once the little one is returned he will be provided with another robe, which is a larger size.

Change of wet robe ( during a two-day stay), cannot be done. Dryers are available in each room, where guests can dry their bathrobes and bathing suits. If they wish, they can get a new bathrobe, as they will pay extra from BGN 10.00. (It can be paid at the Spa reception or charged per room)

Picking up a children's bathrobe is done from the Spa reception - as an employee who is obliged to write down the room number.

Our goal is to reduce the huge amount of chemical preparations, labor and energy, which are used daily in our hotel. Do our best to protect the environment and call our guests also with understanding to join our cause.

LOST THINGS

Spa Hotel Ezerets, not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. In case of found items, the hotel undertakes to contact the guest and send the lost item at the expense of the owner. For unclaimed and unclaimed items within 30 (thirty) days, will be discarded.

COMPLAINTS, RECOVERIES AND DAMAGES

Any comments or complaints regarding the stay should be made to the front office or to the hotel manager during the stay, so that the matter is resolved immediately. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for causing damage, deliberately caused, by negligence or imprudence. If the damage comes to light, after the guest has checked out, the hotel reserves the right to deduct a fee from the guest's credit card, or to send an invoice for the amount due for the repair. The hotel is subject to statutory inspections, inclusive, fire related, licensing, entertainment, healthcare, hygiene and safety. All conditions are interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.

Third-party liability insurance: The hotel does not assume any responsibility for services, provided by third parties to guests.

STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR

In case of lifting, jamming or other emergency situations, occurred while using the elevators in the hotel, you need to trigger the alarm buttons, located in the elevator cabin.

FIRE SAFETY

Miramar is a newly built hotel with materials and equipment of the latest generation, which provide reliable protection and security. As we are very responsible for the safety of our tourists and staff, we are taking very serious measures, to prevent any fire incidents. All staff have received fire safety training and are familiar with fire procedures. On the back of the doors in each room, as well as on each floor next to the elevators, evacuation plans are in place. Please, read them carefully. The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors in the rooms and common areas. There is a fire alarm system (Sound and light).Fire extinguishers and fire hoses of appropriate size are located on each floor and next to each fire hydrant.

If fire or smoke is detected, please call reception.

NATURAL DISASTERS - FLOODS, EARTHQUAKES, ETC.

In the event of a natural disaster:

Keep calm and follow the staff's instructions. Don't panic. Stay put, wherever you are. Most injuries happen, when people, entering or exiting buildings.

In case of an earthquake, take cover. If you are inside, stand under the desk or table, against an interior wall or under an interior door. Stay away from glass, windows and exterior doors. If you are outside, stay away from buildings, sidewalks and electrical cables. Use the stairs; do not use the elevators. The hotel staff will show you all the safe exits. You can then exit the building.

In case of an earthquake, do not use candles, a match or open flame. Gas installations may be damaged and the flame may cause explosions or fires. If you leave your room or building, be sure, that the hotel staff knows where you are.

CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATION OF HOTEL POLICY

In case of violation of hotel rules and policies, management may resort to canceling the reservation immediately, without liability for refund or compensation. From all the guests, employees and representatives of tour operators are expected to adhere to this policy and hotel management reserves the right to expel any person or persons, have committed violations against this policy.
